Ms. Subashini Ramakrishnan

Ms. Subashini Ramakrishnan, was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2009 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya but has been with the firm since April 1999. She graduated from  University  Putra  Malaysia with  BSC.  (Hons)  in  Human  Resource, obtained Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2007, and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2008 and obtained Associate Qualification in Islamic Finance [AQIF].

Her areas of practice are focused on commercial contracts, commercial developments, housing projects, sale and purchase agreements, financing and security documentation, civil and commercial litigation, banking recovery, land law, sale of goods, insolvency, winding up, liquidation, legal audit, scheme of arrangements, shareholders agreement, joint venture agreements, and other legal documentation for corporate clients and individuals.

She has valuable practical experience in the legal field and will contribute positively to any organisation that she serves. She has gone through a colourful and wide spectrum of legal practise ranging from the run of the mill legal work to perhaps the most exacting and complicated legal issues.
