Datuk Ganesan Karuppannan, D.P.S.M., the Founder and Managing Partner, was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1994 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He graduated from the University of London and a holder of a Master of Business Administration from University of Wales, United Kingdom. He completed his Certificate in Legal Practice at the University of Malaya and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. He has attained numerous practical experiences in the legal field,  which range from the most mundane matters to the most challenging disputes including arbitration, commercial disputes, corporate restructuring, take-overs and mergers, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, due diligence, shareholders dispute, property development, construction contracts and others. He has handled cases from the Subordinate Courts to the High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. In short, he would be regarded as an asset in any organisation with his multitude of experience in various corporate and legal disciplines, in both litigation and advisory with the added advantage of an MBA in corporate finance. He has also conducted numerous in-house training for a number of financial institutions in the country, conglomerates, societies and others. He has also conducted training and lectures at many forums and seminars on a variety of topics. 

Graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2000 with an Honours Degree of Law (LLB) and obtained his Diploma in Law and Practice Shariah (DSLP) in 2001. He was then called to the Malaysian Bar in July 2001. In 2004 he obtained Master of Laws with Honours (LLM) at the National University of Malaysia (UKM). He has obtained Doctorate (PHD) of Philosophy in Education (adult and Professional Development) from National University of Malaysia (UKM). He is currently pursuing Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS), Shah Alam.

He also oversees matters related to bankruptcy, debt recovery, business loan, leasing, hire purchase, housing financing, sale of goods, probate and administration. He has also conducted lectures and training for law students at Universiti Technology MARA (UiTM) and been appointed as an Examiner. He has been a guest speaker for the Post- Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Law at UITM and many others. He was granted with certificate acknowledged by Managing Director of The Economist, Tim Pinnegar in 2006, certificate of High Impact Presentations acknowledged by Dale Carnegie Training in 2011, certificate of Marketing Strategy in a Digital World Building High- Impact 2019 Plans by PR Smith on 2019, certificate of Corporate Directors Training Programme Fundamental 2.0 (2019) and certificate of 10th ASEAN Senior Management Development Program of the Harvard Business School (2019).

For his contribution to the industry, he was conferred:

1. Darjah Cemerlang Seri Melaka (D.C.S.M) from the State of Melaka awarded in 2020 carries the title Datuk Wira.

2. Panglima Jasa Negara (P.J.N) award by His Majesty, Yang Di-Pertuan Agong in 2017, carries the title Datuk;

3. Darjah Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (S.S.A.P) carries the title of Dato’ Sri in 2016;

4. Panglima Gemilang Darjah Kinabalu (P.G.D.K) in 2014

5. Justice of Peace (Jaksa Pendamai/JP) from the State of Sabah in 2012

6. Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang, carries title of Dato’ by His Majesty Sultan Pahang in 2010

Ms. Subashini Ramakrishnan, the Partner, was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2009 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya but has been with the firm since April 1999. She graduated from  University  Putra  Malaysia with  BSC.  (Hons)  in  Human  Resource, obtained Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2007, and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2008. She has valuable practical experience in the legal field and will contribute positively to any organisation that the firm serves. She has gone through a colourful and wide spectrum of legal practise ranging from the run of the mill legal work to perhaps the most exacting and complicated legal issues.

Datin Sri Sushilayanti Binti Dato Haji Sumadi, the Partner, graduated from University of Hertfordshire in 2003 with Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) with Honours and further obtained Master of Laws (LLM) with Commendation in 2004 from the same University. She was called to the English Bar in 2007 and subsequently called to the Malaysian Bar in 2009. In 2015, she obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. Her practice emphasizes on drafting of commercial contracts, sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreement, loan documentation and other legal documentation for banks, corporate clients and individuals.
